How to connect Axis camera?

Other brands

All other brands can be easily tested with our compatibility tester. The tester needs to be installed on your computer. Please be on the same local network as the cameras.

What system do you have?

The package is compatible with all macOS versions starting from macOS 10.13 High Sierra

The Windows version is compatible with all versions of Windows starting from Windows 7.

Please, follow the installation instructions below. Both steps are important.

1) Download the compatibility tester
Windows version of the AngelBox Compatibility Tester requires installation of a third party library called Npcap. The library is used for network scanning and you can download it for free here:‍
2) Download the Npcap library

click on the proceed with installation. When asked about installation options, select only the one saying "Install Npcap in WinPcap API-compatible Mode"

Please note that if you used other tools with network-scanning capabilities before (e.g. Wireshark) you might have also installed a library called Win10Pcap. Make sure that this library is not installed in your system. Once you have installed Npcap, you can proceed with the installation of the AngelBox Compatibility Tester. It is possible that you will have to disable your anti-virus tools to install and use the compatibility tester.
Currently, there are installation packages for two major Linux distributions. Ubuntu and Fedora. You should use the corresponding version of your distribution.
